You are a proven operations leader who has experience scaling systems, managing a team, and driving consistency across diverse markets. You are comfortable owning performance metrics, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives, and you bring a structured approach to fast-moving operational challenges. You are excited to lead Drop’s east regional operations, supporting existing markets, launching new ones, and improving how we operate everywhere through shared processes and best practices.
As Regional Operations Manager, East you will own operational performance across multiple markets, managing local Operations Managers and working closely with centralized teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Hardware, Product, and Growth). This role is responsible for ensuring strong market-level execution while contributing to company-wide operational excellence and growth.
