At Drop Mobility we believe in a shared, electric, sustainable and connected future for urban mobility. Founded in 2017, we have grown consistently and are now operating in 60+ cities across North America with offices in San Francisco, Toronto, and across the continent.
We work closely in partnership with municipal governments, transit agencies, non-profit bike share organizations, corporates, campuses and other bike advocacy organizations to support and operate thousands of electric vehicles every day. Our best-in-class e-bikes, our full-stack software platform and our dedicated operations division provide mobility solutions that help tackle some of our generation’s biggest challenges around climate change and traffic congestion.
Drop Mobility is partnering with Los Angeles County to deliver the East Los Angeles Demonstration Bicycle Sharing Program — a community-focused e-bike loan-to-own initiative designed to improve mobility access for underserved residents through safe, affordable, and sustainable transportation.
You are passionate about transportation equity, community engagement, and operational excellence. You are comfortable balancing field operations, participant support, program administration, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-moving environment.
You are highly organized, proactive, and able to problem solve quickly while managing multiple moving parts. You are comfortable working with participants, local organizations, subcontractors, County representatives, and internal teams to ensure the program operates smoothly and professionally.
You understand how to create structure, maintain accountability, and deliver an excellent participant experience while keeping operations aligned with contract requirements, safety standards, and program goals.
The Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day implementation and operation of the East Los Angeles Demonstration Bicycle Sharing Program. This role will lead local program execution, participant onboarding and support, e-bike operations, outreach coordination, reporting, and quality assurance efforts.
The Program Manager will work closely with Drop’s centralized operations and leadership teams while serving as the primary local point of contact for operational coordination with Los Angeles County and community stakeholders.
This role is based in the Los Angeles area and reports to a Regional Operations Manager or designated HQ leadership.
