In partnership with the City of Richmond, Drop Mobility operates Richmond’s bike share system, providing convenient and sustainable transportation options for residents and visitors.
You’re a hands-on mechanic who takes pride in keeping bikes safe, clean, and fully operational. You’re comfortable working both in the workshop and out in the field, and you enjoy working in an environment where priorities may shift throughout the day.
Beyond turning wrenches, you’re organized, dependable, and willing to assist with daily operational duties to help keep the bike share system running smoothly.
This role is primarily responsible for maintaining and repairing the bike fleet, with additional responsibilities supporting day-to-day system operations. You will work under the Operations leadership team to ensure bikes are safe, available, and properly positioned for riders throughout Richmond.
