In partnership with the City of Nashua, Drop Mobility operates Rideable Nashua, a hub-based shared e-bike system designed to provide convenient, equitable, and sustainable transportation options for residents and visitors.
You’re someone who moves effortlessly between the workshop and the field. You enjoy tackling operational challenges, keeping bikes in top condition, and creating systems that improve day-to-day efficiency. You’re comfortable leading a small team while also rolling up your sleeves - handling repairs, supporting deployments, and assisting riders whenever needed. You take pride in maintaining safe, dependable equipment and understand that strong, well-executed operations are the foundation of successful shared mobility.
The Fleet Manager is responsible for day-to-day operation of the Rideable Nashua system, combining hands-on fleet maintenance with operational leadership. This role reports to a Regional Operations Manager and serves as the local lead for field execution, workshop processes, and basic operational planning.
You will manage local fleet performance, coordinate technicians, perform mechanical work, and ensure the system operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with City requirements.
